Grouping assets by location lets you organize your fleet by job sites, offices, or regions. Here’s how to set it up:
(1) From the top menu, click on Fleet, then select Locations.
(2) Click Add Location.
(3) You’ll have two options to create a location:
Address: Best if you know the exact address of your office or yard.
Geofence Area: Ideal when precision on the map is important.
In this example, we’ll use Address.
(4) Enter the Location Name and Address. Review the displayed map location, then click Add.
(5) After the location is created, proceed to assign assets to it.
(6) Select the assets you'd like to assign to this location, then click Add.
(7) Once finished, click Save to complete the setup.
(8) You’ve successfully added a new Location. You can now view it on the map and filter reports by it.
