(1) In the Map View, click on the asset you want to update.
(2) Click on “Asset Details.”
(3) In the Asset Info section, click the three-dot icon (•••) and select “Change Fleet Status.”
(4) Choose the appropriate Fleet Status:
- In Service
- Out of Service – You will be prompted to select a reason (e.g., Repair, Relocating, etc.)
- Disposed
After selecting the new status and any required options, click “Save.”
(5) The asset’s fleet status will now be updated, and you’ll see the new status reflected on the Asset Details page.
