Employee Details Overview

You can view labor cost, assignment history, and driver performance from the Employee Details page. Here's how:

1. Navigate to the Employee Profile

• Click on the circle icon with your initials in the top right corner.

• Select “Employees” from the dropdown.

• Choose the employee whose details you want to view.

2. Review Wage, Labor Burden, and Total Labor Cost

• The employee's Wage per hour, Labor Burden (%), and Total Labor Cost will be displayed at the top of their profile.

3. Check Assignment History

• On the right side of the page, under “History”, you can see a timestamped log of asset assignments and removals, including those auto-assigned via CrewID.

4. Analyze Driver Score and Events

• Scroll down to the “Average Driver Score” section to compare this employee’s score with the fleet average over time.

• The “Events By Type” section summarizes driving events (e.g., hard braking, aggressive acceleration) during the selected period.

5. Filter by Time Range

• For a more detailed analysis, use the top filter to select the Last 30 Days, the Last 12 Months, or a Custom date range.

5. Current Assignment

• At the bottom, you can find the current assigned asset and the CrewID assignment status.
