How to set up an Offline Monitor?

An "Offline" status indicates that Toolie has been out of range for more than 24 hours. To set up an Offline Monitor, please follow the steps below:

(1) From the top navigation bar, click on “Monitors”, select “Equipment”, then click on “Create Monitor.”

 

(2) Select “Offline” as the monitor type, then click “Next.”

(3) Enter a name for your monitor, then click “Next.”

(4) Choose which assets to monitor. You can select Global (all assets), or filter by Groups, Locations, or individual Assets.

(5) Set the alert severity (High or Moderate) and choose the alert method (Email, Text, or Both). Then click “Add.”

(6) Your Offline Monitor has been successfully created.
