The operating temperature range for our Dash Cam is -20°C to +45°C (-4°F to 113°F). If the ambient temperature falls outside of this range, the units may power down until the operating temperature range is reached.
We recommend parking in shaded areas to minimize direct sun exposure, which can elevate the internal car temperature beyond the range most electronic devices can handle. It is designed to withstand extreme temperatures and has a built-in cooling fan. The internal components are designed to moderate when the operating temperature range is exceeded.
