Sometimes you may need to log a one-time service task for unexpected maintenance expenses — such as a windshield replacement, wiper change, or engine repair. Our platform makes it easy to manually record these tasks so you can keep your fleet records accurate and up to date.
To add a one-time service task, follow these steps:
(1) You can add a manual service task from any of the following locations:

The Service Task list

The Quick Actions menu on the Fleet Maintenance dashboard

The Service Task tab within an Asset’s Details
(2) Fill in the necessary information:

Mileage at the time of service
-
Completion date
-
Service cost
You can also add notes and upload attachments (such as receipts or service reports) if needed.
(3) Your one-time service task will now appear in the system and be associated with the selected asset, helping you maintain a full and accurate maintenance history.
