When you begin using our Fleet Maintenance program, the first step is to create a Service Schedule tailored to your fleet's needs. Our user-friendly creation tool makes it simple to customize maintenance tasks and reminders. Follow the step-by-step guide below:
(1) From the Dashboard, click the “Add Service Schedule” button to begin.
(2) You'll be prompted to enter a name for the new Service Schedule.
Note: Each Service Schedule can include only one type of service task.
For example, if you need to track 20 different Service Items (e.g., oil change, tire rotation), you’ll need to create 20 separate Service Schedules, one for each item.
(3) Choose the assets you'd like to include in this Service Schedule.
-
You can search for specific assets or use the “Filters” option to select by vehicle or asset type.
-
Once your selection is complete, click “Save.”
(4) Confirm the assets you've enrolled, then choose how you’d like to receive reminders.
Reminders will be sent when service tasks are approaching or overdue.
(5) Enter the name of the service item and set the service interval.
Note: The interval cannot be changed once saved, so please double-check for accuracy before proceeding.
Click “Next” when done.
(6) Provide the following information for each asset:
-
Last service mileage
-
Completion date
-
Cost of the service
Our Fleet Maintenance system will begin tracking future service needs based on this data.
Before completing this step, make sure your vehicles have accurate mileage readings.
-
If your vehicle is connected to the OBD port using an Eagle One tracker and shows Odometer data, you're all set.
-
If one of the following applies:
-
The Eagle One is connected via OBD port but only shows GPS mileage, or
-
The Eagle One is connected via a 12V battery cable,
then please manually adjust your GPS mileage to match the current odometer reading on the dashboard.
-
(For instructions on adjusting mileage, please refer to How to reset my GPS Mileage? )
Once done, click “Save & Finish” to complete the setup, or “Save & Add New” to begin creating another schedule.
(7) Your first Service Schedule is now created. You can continue setting up additional schedules to fully cover your fleet’s maintenance needs.
