Setting up Fleet Maintenance - Understanding Your Fleet Maintenance Dashboard

Once you’ve created your service tasks, the Dashboard view provides a high-level overview of your fleet’s maintenance status. It’s designed to help you stay organized, monitor progress, and take quick action when needed.

The Dashboard is divided into three key sections: Quick Actions, Quick Stats, and Service Task Progress.

Quick Actions

Located at the top of the dashboard, Quick Actions offer convenient shortcuts so you can:

• Create a Service Schedule

• Add a Service Task

• View your Service Task List

• Check your Asset Enrollment Status

This is the best place to jump right into managing or reviewing your fleet's maintenance needs.

Quick Stats

This section gives you insight into your fleet maintenance performance through real-time analytics. You can view:

• Remaining Service Tasks

• Total Service Costs

• Cost per Mile

• Compliance Percentage

• Task Completion Rate

To learn more about how Cost per Mile and Compliance Percentage are calculated, simply click the “?” tooltip next to each metric.
You can also adjust the date range (top right corner) to display metrics within a specific timeframe.

Service Task Progress

Here you'll see the overall status of your service tasks. Pay special attention to:

• Tasks Due Soon

• Overdue Tasks

Keeping up with these tasks will directly improve your Compliance Percentage, helping ensure your fleet remains in top condition.
