How to setup a Disconnection monitor/alert?

The "Disconnected" status alerts you when an Eagle One tracker is no longer connected to an OBD port or an external power source.

To set up a Disconnected Monitor, follow these steps:

(1) From the top navigation bar, click on “Monitors”, then select “Add Monitors.”

(2) Click on “Disconnected”, then click “Next.”

(3) Enter a name for the monitor, then click “Next.”

(4) Select the assignment level. You can choose Global (all assets), or filter by Groups, Locations, or specific Assets.

(5) Set the priority of the alert (High or Moderate) and select the alert method (Email, Text, or Both). Then click “Add.”

(5) Your Disconnected Monitor is now active and listed under the Monitor Overview.
