Once your Jobsite has been created and processed, you’ll be able to access detailed performance insights for that location. Here's how to view and navigate through the Jobsite dashboard:
(1) Navigate to the Jobsite
- Go to the "Operations" tab in the top menu.
- Click "Jobsites".
- Select the jobsite you'd like to view from the list.
(2) View the Jobsite Summary
- The left side shows a map view of the jobsite geofence, along with the jobsite address.
- Below the map, you can add notes specific to that jobsite.
- You’ll also see a quick breakdown of average profit, labor cost, fleet cost, labor hours, and travel time. You can also retrieve the total labor hours.
(3) Review Financial Performance
- The "Financial Performance" tab lets you compare Budget vs Actual by month.
- Toggle between Hours and Dollars to understand labor usage and costs.
- Use the chart to identify trends and outliers over time.
(4) Dive into Cost Summary
- Click on the "Cost Summary" tab.
- This gives you a detailed, month-by-month breakdown of:
- Visits
- Labor Hours
- Other Costs
- Total Job Cost
- Revenue
- Profit
- Expand any row (▼ icon) to view or edit specific values.
(5) Explore Budgets
- Use the "Budgets" tab to view the monthly budget plan.
- Totals for visits, labor hours, job cost, revenue, and profit are summarized at the bottom.
(6) Scroll to View Job History
- At the bottom of the page, you’ll find a list of historical jobs performed at the jobsite.
- Each entry shows:
- Job Date
- Arrival & Departure Times
- Total Labor Hours
- Actual Job Cost
This data is automatically compiled based on your assets and employees entering the jobsites, providing a powerful and automated way to measure field productivity and jobsite performance. You can also click on a specific performed job to learn more.
