Jobs is your detailed log of everything your team does, job by job. We automatically detect each visit and calculate key job metrics like travel time, on-job labor time, fuel costs, and more. Here's how you can navigate the Jobs module and understand the breakdown of job performance:
(1) Navigate to the Jobs Page
- Go to the Operations tab in the main navigation bar
- Select Jobs from the dropdown
(2) View the Jobs List
On the Jobs page, you'll see a list of all jobs completed by your team.
- Each row includes: Date, Jobsite Name, Arrival & Departure Time, Labor Hours, Job Cost, and more
- Click on a Jobsite Name to open the detailed job view
(3) Review Job Details
Once inside a specific job, you will see a full breakdown:
Map View
- The left side shows a map of the jobsite geofence with location details.
Location Panel
- Includes Travel Labor Hours, Distance, and Travel Time
Fleet Panel
- Breaks down Fuel Cost, Maintenance Cost, and Asset Depreciation for the vehicle used
Labor Panel
- Shows Total Labor Hours, On Job Labor Cost, and Travel Labor Cost
Job Total Panel
- Combines Fleet and Labor to calculate Total Job Cost
(4) View Employees
Scroll down to the Employees tab:
- Lists all employees who participated in this job
- Includes Arrival/Departure Times and Actual Labor Hours
- You can Add Employee manually if needed
(5) View Asset Visits
Click the Visits tab:
- Lists all assets that visited the jobsite
- Includes Travel Time, Arrival & Departure, and Time on Job
(6) View Equipment Activity
Click the Equipment tab:
- When equipment is present during the job, you’ll see usage and activity data here
- If no equipment is detected, the panel will show "No Equipment"
(7) Add or Review Notes
- To document special circumstances, click the + Notes button under the jobsite map.
- Enter your note (e.g., explaining early arrival or equipment delay) and click Save.
(8) Navigate to the Jobsite
- To view the full financial performance and job history of this location, click the Jobsite button under the map.
- This takes you to the Jobsite dashboard, where you can track cumulative profit, labor costs, and trends over time.
