Keeping your monthly budget information up to date helps ensure accurate cost tracking and profit analysis across your jobsites. You may have skipped this step during the jobsite creation process and waited until you had more accurate information on hand. Now is a great time to update your monthly budget figures. Please follow the steps below:
(1) From the Jobsite Overview page, click on the three-dot menu next to the jobsite name. Then select “Edit Monthly Budget.”
(2) In the Edit Jobsite: Monthly Budget view, you can modify any of the following for each month:
- # of Visits
- Employee Visits
- On Job Labor Hours
- Other Costs ($)
- Budgeted Revenue ($)
As you update values, the Job Cost and Profit sections will automatically recalculate at the bottom.
When you're done, click “Save.”
(3) Return to the Cost Summary tab to verify that the budget updates have been applied correctly.
