Please perform this activity while your vehicle is parked and fully stopped.
- Turn off your vehicle engine.
- If the displays are off, press the grey button on the back of the Dash Cam to activate the displays.
- Hold and press the grey button down until the "COUNTDOWN" then "SHUTTING DOWN" display appears, then immediately release the grey button.
- The screens will eventually turn off and remain off.
- You can start your vehicle to restart the Dash Cam.
- A satellite icon will appear on the upper left screen and disappear once it re-establishes cellular connection.
It might take a minute or so for the Dash Cam's displays to power up. If you think it’s been abnormally long, you can reset the device by holding the reset button on the back of the drive for ~60 seconds.
If your Dash Cam has been sitting in extreme heat, it will need time to cool down before it can power up correctly. If heat is not the issue, please recommend a factory reset, but ensure they are set to automatically provision before sending instructions to perform a factory/ network reset.
