In this article, you can find a quick overview of accessing the Dash Cam videos:
(1) Click on the asset you want to view video footage.
(2) Then click "Asset Details".
(3) Click on "Trips".
(4) To view the video footage of your trip, select the trip you want and then click on "Download".
(5) You will be directed to a panel where you can specify the time and location for video retrieval. You can use two methods to navigate this panel:
a) Click on the GPS breadcrumbs to locate the desired video footage location.
b) Use the slider to select a time stamp within the time frame for video retrieval.
(6) Once selected, click the "Play" icon to start the video. This is the recommended way to access your video footage quickly.
(7) While the video is playing, click on "Expand Video" to make the screen larger for a clearer view.
(7) You can click on the "Flip" icon to switch to the cabin view.
(9) By clicking "REQUEST HD VIDEO CLIP", you can also download video footage from your Dash Cam by selecting the camera view, clip length, and time range you need. Follow the steps below to retrieve your video clips.
a. At the top of the page, select whether you want to download footage from the Road-facing Camera or the Cabin-facing Camera.
b. Click the Video Clip Length dropdown on the top right and choose your preferred duration (15, 30, 45, or 60 seconds).
c. Choose the date you want to review, then expand an available time window. Enter the Start Time for the clip. The system will automatically calculate the end time based on the clip length you selected.
d. Click Download to request the video. The download process may take 45–60 seconds to complete. The video will be saved to your default downloads folder. You can then play it using your media player!
