How to retrieve the SD memory card from the Dash Cam?

In some cases, you may need to remove the SD memory card from the Dash Cam:

• To browse all saved video footage at once on a computer.
• If the Dash Cam isn’t connecting to the vehicle or getting power, and you need to access data manually.

Please follow the below instructions to retrieve the SD memory card from the Dash Cam - 

(1) Turn the Dash Cam over and look for a black cover secured with a screw on the bottom side of the device.

(2) Use a screwdriver to carefully unscrew and remove the cover from the Dash Cam unit. This will give you access to the internal components.

(3) Find the SD memory card slot just below the word "raven+" on the device.

(4) Gently push the SD memory card inward to release it from the slot. If it feels tight, a light push will help it pop out, making it easy to remove.
